I bought a ticket from this place, but I never got an email with the real electronic ticket. I attempted to call the 800 number, but it took me ages to get in touch with anyone. Finally, after about 4 hours, I managed to connect with a customer service representative.

Hey there, I'm Andy from the west coast. I was pretty wary about using this site, but I recently snagged 4 tickets to Cancun, and the price was exactly what they said (even a bit cheaper) and the customer service was top-notch. I got the e-tickets in my email, and I confirmed them through the Delta app. They’re the real deal. Adam Smith (definitely a fake name) was fantastic, and I’d suggest you ask for him when you call. Sure, it’s an Indian call center, but Adam was honest and answered all my questions about whether this service was a scam. A lot of folks seem to be upset because their flights get canceled, or they cancel themselves and don’t get a full refund. Adam was clear that if you or the airline cancels due to weather or whatever, you’ll get credit, but only if you book through the airline, which probably means you won’t find the same ticket price you got through cheapticketsdeal. So, if you grab a ticket here, just know there’s no changing it... unless you really have to, and even then, you might not get a comparable flight in the end. Other than that, I’m just hoping for good weather for the trip. Once again, Adam Smith was nice and straightforward, and he followed through on what he promised. He also mentioned that it’s better to call in to book your trip, as those who only booked online often ran into more problems, thinking they had confirmed prices that actually aren’t locked in for up to 24 hours. Anyway, I’ll try to remember to update this review after my trip in March.

I reckon all those glowing reviews are penned by the company itself - they’re just a bunch of con artists and scammers. They’ll hit you with high prices, take your cash, and disappear. Seriously, steer clear of booking with them!!!!

Steer clear of buying tickets from this site. They really jack up the prices. I thought I found a decent deal, but when I checked with the airline, the actual ticket cost was only half of what they showed. If it looks like a bargain, you might just be jumping the gun. Better to hold off until the real vendors or airlines get their prices sorted.
